HR+ Justice Scales

Where HR+ advice has been sought, followed and in-company procedures adopted and an employment dispute arises involving a past, present or potential employee, an appointed legal advisor will be assigned to resolve the dispute as promptly and cost effectively as possible. The cost of the appointed advisor and any settlement costs will be met by the insurer less an excess and up to a maximum liability of £250,000.


The service will then comprise of:


  • Assessment of compliance with procedures
  • Appointment of a Legal Advisor
  • Out of court settlements, e.g. through mediation/negotiation
  • Conclusion of disputes through compromised settlements
  • Cost of settlement up to the indemnity limit.
