HR SERVICES

HR+ will provide, through a client dedicated HR Consultant, an on-site audit to assess any key HR and health and safety risks. A full report will be produced and recommendations will be made to overcome risks. Where a significant risk exists, some remedial work may be required before the A+ product can be introduced in full.

The service will then comprise of:

  • A telephone helpline for HR advice
  • Monitoring employment changes to achieve compliance with insurance requirements
  • Provision of guidance to follow appropriate procedures
  • Introductions to funded training opportunities
